Role Overview:

As a Healthcare Recruitment Consultant, you will play a crucial role in business developing, sourcing, attracting, and placing highly skilled nursing professionals in permanent placements in various healthcare settings in NSW.  You will be responsible for driving business development initiatives to expand our client base and foster long-term relationships with healthcare providers. Your expertise will ensure that our clients receive the best candidates to meet their staffing needs and that our nurses find roles where they can thrive and make a difference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for nursing roles, from initial contact to placement.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to match candidates with the right opportunities.
• Provide career advice and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow our client base.
• Develop and implement effective business development strategies.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers in healthcare organisations.
• Collaborate with the team to develop innovative recruitment and business development strategies.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare and employment regulations.

• Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the healthcare sector.
• Strong understanding of the nursing profession and healthcare industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Driven, ambitious, and goal-oriented mindset.
• Experience in business development and a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
