The role



Crown is the ultimate destination for elevated experiences, with a vast array of casual offerings to more premium settings. We have something to suit everyone.



We’re seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join the Hi-Line team as both a Casual Bar Attendant and Casual Bar Useful (Bar Assistant). 

This contract will commence on the 27th October 2025 and will be a seasonal contract that will end on the 3rd May 2026. 

Re-opening for another summer season, Hi-Line Rooftop Bar will feature high quality cocktails designed by Crown employees, beer, wine, champagne and a truly unique high-altitude experience.

In this role, you’ll provide joyful dining experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:

• Providing excellent customer service 
• Ensuring guest satisfaction through time management and multi-tasking 
• Strong attention to detail through both service and menu knowledge

About you



You’ll bring the following:

• Available to work FRIDAY and SATURDAY (all times)
• Bar Attendant Experience (1+ years)
• A passion for customer service 
• Strong Beverage knowledge
• Able to use basic methods to prepare cocktails
• Experience using a Point of Sale system 
• Reliability and a trustworthy attitude
• Excellent time management skills

To be successful, you’ll:

• Hold or willing to obtain an RSA certificate

This role requires you to: 

• Work across a rotating roster of morning, daytime, and evening shifts
• Have previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment
• Show a willingness to learn 3 plate carry and tray service of drinks
