Job Description - Holiday Program Project Coordinator (Administration Role)

About your new role:
  • Develop holiday programs with industry leading program planning tools
  • Various administration tasks, including but not limited to, organising and confirming bookings and data input
  • Generous resource budget to spend as you plan incursions, excursions and inhouse days and super excursions
  • Assist with project development of carnival days, super excursion events across the country, along with the delivery of programmed events
  • Excellent communication skills, forming relationships with venue stakeholders and incursions providers
  • Have fun, delivering amazing programs that guide children to explore, learn and play at TheirCare
  Responsibilities:
  • Planning and reporting of truly remarkable experiences for children
  • Project development and coordination
  • Support and guide the TheirCare field team in the delivery of programs and their associated activities
  • Be open, caring and engaged with our team to help drive our mission of giving every child the best day ever
 Experience and Qualifications:
  • Proficient in the use of excel, Microsoft 365 and excellent computer literacy
  • Professional experience in an admin based role with exceptional time management and organisational skills
  • Previous experience in the childcare industry is desired but not essential
  • Previous event experience is desired but not essential
