Job Description - Home Care Service Manager

The exciting opportunity:
  • Based 10 minutes East of Perth’s CBD
  • Responsible for the operations and effective delivery of HCP and CHSP services
  • Lead, stabilise, mentor and inspire a team that works collaboratively to achieve a shared purpose and goals
  • Positively promote the organisation and their services to stakeholders and the community to develop new partnerships, increase client numbers and maintain their reputation as a provider of choice
  • Ensure the service operates in line with legislative, contractual and funding guidelines, and maintains accreditation
  • Collaborate with the Quality & Training Manager, assisting to review and update policies and procedures, and develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives
  • Manage and maximise resources to achieve business objectives and financial targets

About you:
  • Demonstrated success in a Service Manager or Operations Manager role in home care
  • Motivated, inspirational and supportive leader who is able to grow staff and build a stable and committed team
  • Excellent knowledge of aged care legislation and funding requirements, and a proven track record achieving compliance
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and networking skills, and able to develop mutually beneficial relationships with all stakeholders
  • Open minded, embraces diversity and is committed to delivering inclusive care and services that respects people’s beliefs, culture and individuality
