Based 10 minutes East of Perth’s CBD
Responsible for the operations and effective delivery of HCP and CHSP services
Lead, stabilise, mentor and inspire a team that works collaboratively to achieve a shared purpose and goals
Positively promote the organisation and their services to stakeholders and the community to develop new partnerships, increase client numbers and maintain their reputation as a provider of choice
Ensure the service operates in line with legislative, contractual and funding guidelines, and maintains accreditation
Collaborate with the Quality & Training Manager, assisting to review and update policies and procedures, and develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Manage and maximise resources to achieve business objectives and financial targets

About you:
Demonstrated success in a Service Manager or Operations Manager role in home care
Motivated, inspirational and supportive leader who is able to grow staff and build a stable and committed team
Excellent knowledge of aged care legislation and funding requirements, and a proven track record achieving compliance
Excellent interpersonal, communication and networking skills, and able to develop mutually beneficial relationships with all stakeholders
Open minded, embraces diversity and is committed to delivering inclusive care and services that respects people’s beliefs, culture and individuality
