Home Lending Specialist - Start Immediately

Your Position:

A large increase in demand for loans from our existing client base and recent marketing campaigns has created the opportunity for more lending professionals to join the emoney team with an immediate start.  
Working from our Head office in Robina, the role of Loan Account Manager at emoney home loans is to assist our clients and prospective clients with all their lending needs 

• Assist our clients at the expiry times of their fixed rates and interest only terms, and complete yearly anniversary home loan health checks. 
• Prompt contact of qualified leads provided from our marketing programs.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and lenders.
• With Assistance from the Head of Lending, Research, structure, lodge, and manage finance applications through to Approval.
• Evaluate clients’ financial position, borrowing capacity and servicing
• Keep clients updated as to the status of their application
• Some requirements to work out of hours to best connect with times suitable to our clients. 

Your Pay:

You will be rewarded with an excellent salary plus commission at settlement circa $100k - $120k pa. Remuneration is to be discussed based on experience, competency and potential.

About You:

To be considered, you will have:

• At least 2 years' experience in a similar role.
• Certificate IV Finance and Mortgage Broking a must.
• Clear and confident communication skills.
• Speedy delivery and professional client interaction
• Ability to effectively request and analyse documents
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• A client first approach.
