Job Description

As an Aussie Home Loan Sales Associate, you'll work primarily from our thriving Aussie store in either Paddington or Kenmore . In this role, you'll handle inbound enquiries and make outbound contact with leads to see if we can support them along their home loan journey.

Key responsibilities of an Aussie Associate:

• Speak with customers to understand their needs and determine how we can help.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads and book pre-qualified appointments into brokers' calendars.
• Identify opportunities for customers to refinance, purchase property, or explore lending options.
• Encourage customers to engage with our online platform, streamlining their loan process before their broker appointment.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and be part of a high-energy, goal-driven team.

Qualifications

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:

To achieve success in this role, you will require:

• Strong communication skills and a passion for helping people.
• Sales, retail, customer service, or call centre experience (preferred but not essential).
• A keen interest in property, finance, or mortgage broking.
• Drive and resilience to hit goals and maximise your earning potential.
• Unrestricted Australian working rights.
• Proximity to the store you'll be working at
