Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate inpatient and outpatient allied health services within the hospital.
• Manage and lead a team of professionals, including Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Social Workers, Dietitians, etc.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care and adherence to hospital standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline patient care processes.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance allied health services.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of allied health staff, providing feedback and support as needed.
• Budget management for allied health services.
• KPI/Labour management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a Physiotherapy, EPS or OT
• Proven experience in a managerial role within a hospital or healthcare setting.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
