Hospital Security Officers Wanted

About the Role:
MSS Security is seeking Security Officers to work in a hospital environment in both Roving and Control Room Operator positions located in Parkville. These roles operate on a 24/7 rotating roster, requiring availability across all shifts. Prior experience working in a hospital setting is required.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Patrol and monitor hospital premises to detect and respond to any security risks.
• Monitor security systems and respond to incidents and emergencies promptly.
• Manage access control and identification verification for all hospital areas.
• Collaborate with medical staff and law enforcement when necessary.
• Assist in resolving patient or visitor disputes in a calm and professional manner.
• Provide excellent customer service to staff, patients, and visitors.

Requirements:

• Full Australian Working Rights
• Victorian Security License
• First Aid & CPR
• Employee Working with Children’s Check
• Availability to work a 24*7 rotating roster
• Prior experience working in a hospital setting
• Prior experience in a control room environment is required for the Control Room Operator vacancy
