Hospitality Content Creator – Photographer & Videographer

The hospitality group also operates Burleigh Pavilion Catering + Events, The Kiosk and a take-away offering. 

Job Summary: 
We’re looking for a talented Gold Coast based Content Creator, with a passion for food and beverage to work alongside our busy marketing team.

You’ll spend your days shooting and editing high-quality, creative and engaging video and photos for our digital and social media channels, and support the management of our social media accounts. 

About you:

• Must have experience in food and beverage content creation, with a passion for the hospitality industry, and a hunger to learn more! 
• You’re talented and creative, that produces outstanding video content, and skilled in food, beverage and lifestyle photography. 
• Minimum 2-years’ experience as a Content Creator with strong content editing skills and proficient in using editing software such as Adobe Premiere Rush and Lightroom/Photoshop, or in-app tools such as CapCut. 
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and the type of content that performs on each channel to grow and engage our audience.
• You have your own high-quality filming/photography equipment.
• You think outside the box and are full of ideas to creatively share our story through content.
• Strong attention to detail, understanding of our brand aesthetic, and solid time management skills.
• Ability to work on multiple projects and achieve deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and be a proactive Marketing team member.
• Great people skills and enjoy interacting with others.
   

The role:

• Must have photography experience and a passion for food. 
• Create and edit food, lifestyle, and event content for our various social media and digital channels – including Instagram Reels and photos, TikTok, YouTube and website videos.
• Working with the Marketing Team, create content to promote events and offers.
• Research and implement content trends that align with our brand. 
• Monitor and review the performance of content across social channels 
• Support with managing social media accounts Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok. 
• Work with our chefs and bar managers to create food and beverage content that resonates with our audience on social media. 
• Be flexible to work weekends and off-site events.
