Hospitality Supervisor - Hiring Immediately

Located at the foot of the stunning Dandenong Ranges, Eastwood Golf Club has long been regarded as one of the leading golf courses in Melbourne’s eastern suburbs. In addition to our fantastic golf course, Eastwood is also the home of two bowling greens and a spacious clubhouse with member, gaming and function areas. The Club provides a welcoming environment for all members and guests to enjoy quality facilities and high-level service.

Eastwood Golf Club is looking to recruit a Hospitality Supervisor to assist drive food, beverage and gaming operations, focusing on member and visitor experience. We are looking for a passionate, engaging and positive person to join our team.

Playing a vital role in the Club’s Hospitality Team, the successful candidate will need to be across the following: 

Key Duties:

• Supervision of day to day hospitality operations
• Liaise with catering staff on food operations
• Liaise with management on bar and gaming operations
• Assisting with functions and events
• Working closely with the Hospitality leaders on driving performance 

Experience & Qualifications

• RSA / RSG Certification
• Experience within a similar role
• Golf Club knowledge would be highly regarded but not essential
