Hotel Duty Manager - Permanent Overnight

Crown is the ultimate destination for luxury hotel experiences. The Hotel Duty Manager will lead the Front Office team to ensure a smooth and successful service experience for all guests. 

In this role, you’ll deliver memorable guest experiences through genuine care and service, as well as:

• Oversee Rooms Division operations, collaborating with internal departments to ensure smooth overnight service aligned with Crown standards.
• Uphold OH&S standards to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
• Anticipate guest needs, resolve escalated issues promptly, and ensure service excellence.
• Operate confidently and independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Identify operational challenges and provide coaching and mentorship to team members.

About You

You bring:

• Extensive experience in hotel front office operations, ideally in a leadership role.
• Strong skills in team development, coaching, and conflict resolution.
• Familiarity with Hotel Property Management Systems (preferably OPERA)
• High attention to detail and strong operational oversight.
• A proactive approach to mentoring and supporting team performance.

This role requires:

• Full and unrestricted Australian working rights
• Availability to commit to a 7-day roster of permanent overnights, weekends and other peak periods
• Mandatory attendance for 2–4 weeks of daytime training prior to commencing overnight shifts.
• A valid Victorian Driver’s Licence.
• A valid Victorian RSA Certificate
