House Person in Housekeeping

Swissôtel Sydney, part of Accor’s Premium brands, have an exciting opportunity for a hardworking and organised Houseperson / Public Area Attendant to join our experienced and high-performing Housekeeping team.

Responsibilities and Duties (but not limited to):

• Attend to guest and staff requests in a prompt and efficient manner

• Transportation and stock control of linen, towels and amenities to guest floors to ensure a smooth and seamless housekeeping operation

• Maintain cleanliness of hotel public areas and bathrooms 

About You:

• The ability to demonstrate and deliver luxury service

• Previous experience in a similar role or luxury hotel environment will be viewed favourably

• Excellent communication skills

• Have the capacity to work in a physical role which includes pushing, pulling and lifting up to 15 kgs

• Ability to work a rotating roster including weekdays, weekends and public holidays
