Located in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs, this is a non-live-in position requiring access to a car and a valid driving licence. The ideal candidate will be a Senior Personal Assistant or Household Manager with a distinguished career, bringing a graceful and composed presence. With a background in personal support or high-level service industries, you understand the nuances of working with senior individuals and families. Fully comprehending the importance of discretion and confidentiality in everything you do, you take great pride in the quality of your work. Your ability to maintain a refined presence and a calm, unobtrusive demeanour is essential. In this role, you will assist a busy family in managing their home and handling day-to-day administration. Tasks range from practical chores to high-level interactions, all of which are important. 

Your extensive experience and composed manner will enable you to seamlessly transition between responsibilities while maintaining the highest standards. You excel in personal support and household duties, bringing seasoned expertise to ensure the smooth operation of the household. With your wealth of experience, calm demeanour, and efficient approach, you consistently deliver outstanding results.

A snapshot of your role….

  • Proactively manage household supplies and organization, ensuring a well-stocked and efficiently run home. From ordering essentials to preparing for guests' arrivals and hosting activities, anticipate future needs to ensure seamless operations at all times.
  • In the background, supervise household staff, including a housekeeper, gardener, and maintenance contracts, as well as coordinate with other external suppliers.
  • Oversee all aspects of household administration, including managing insurances, vehicle maintenance, holiday arrangements, and other personal needs 
  • Skilfully coordinate personal appointments for the family, from scheduling to arranging necessary adjustments and conducting research on alternative options when needed
  • Attend to the children's personal errands with meticulous attention to detail, handling tasks such as holiday preparation and meal requirements to ensure their needs are met efficiently and effectively
