Housekeeping Supervisor

The recently redeveloped RAC Ningaloo Reef Resort sits on the pristine shores of Coral Bay, a gateway to the World Heritage-listed Ningaloo Marine Park. Featuring 90 modern units, a resort-style pool, ocean-view dining, a contemporary clubhouse, and sustainable features like solar power and EV charging, it offers an unparalleled coastal experience.

Ahead of our grand reopening in mid-2026, we’re seeking experienced full-time Housekeeping Supervisors to support daily operations and ensure our housekeeping team delivers the highest standards of presentation across all rooms and public areas.

What will you be doing?

Reporting to the Housekeeping Manager, you’ll supervise attendants, oversee daily schedules, and ensure every guest enjoys a clean, comfortable, and memorable stay.

Your day-to-day impact

• Supervise and train the Housekeeping team, ensuring rooms and public spaces meet RAC standards.
• Allocate duties, manage shifts, and ensure service runs smoothly.
• Support onboarding and training of new team members.
• Respond to guest requests and feedback, resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain linen and chemical storage areas to a professional standard.
• Ensure WHS compliance across all housekeeping activities.
• Work collaboratively with Front Office and Maintenance to deliver seamless service.

What are we looking for in you?

• Previous supervisory experience in housekeeping within hotels, resorts, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning processes and housekeeping operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team support skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
• Flexibility to work across a 7-day rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.
