We are searching for an experienced eCommerce Product Marketing Manager, who will be responsible for delivering on revenue commitments and increasing profitability for one of HPs most dynamic business units. The HP Store organisation is a multi-billion-dollar business operating in 30 countries. This organisation is accountable for HP’s direct to consumer and small business sales via its online stores, call centres and marketplaces.

The selected candidate must have a strong sales mindset, be a results-driven, innovative thinker, with experience leading product category strategies, planning, forecasting, and sales strategies. As the Product Marketing Manager for HP’s eCommerce business in Australia & New Zealand, you will be responsible for:

• Building and managing the HP Stores product strategy to target specific SMB, gaming and Consumer segments.
• Delivering to quarterly sales targets and yearly growth objectives.
• Forecasting and managing inventory and supply chain to meet sales targets.
• Monitor, lead & report on sales out and inventory levels, ensuring strong sell-through of HP Store planned products to meet quarterly expectations.
• Forward planning, collaborate & formulate to drive marketing strategies and sales promotional campaigns at the SKU level.
• Driving and reacting to the day-to-day business results with future-looking product ranging decisions.
• Harness relevant market data and use for competitive advantage.
• Leading and working across teams including category teams, HP Store segment leads, marketing, store operations and external partners to drive the business forward.
• Work closely with the performance marketing team on end-to-end promotional campaigns.
• Working with distribution partner for inventory planning and in-stock optimisation.
• Evangelise the product across the sales and call centre teams.
• Provide market insights and product training to the ecommerce sales and call centre teams.

Are you a high performer? We are looking for an individual with:

• 6+ years related experience in the IT industry – strong Commercial or Consumer PC and Print product marketing knowledge is preferred
• Product category manager experience, buyer experience
• Experience managing product in the ecommerce / online / direct sales area
• A University degree in marketing or related discipline

• Analytical with the ability to interpret market and sales data and trends
• Able to turn insights into actions
• Experienced in developing product marketing strategies
• Able to deliver product training to small groups
• Proficient in Excel, PowerBi
