HR Administration Officer

Human Resources Business Partner Team

Location: Parramatta CBD (Flexible working arrangement)

Employment type: Temporary, Full-time for 12 months (1 vacancy)

Salary: $79,032 to $86,539 plus employers’ contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

Your role

We have an opportunity for a motivated Administration Officer, who is a true team player with strong communication and organisational skills to be part of the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) team that supports Courts and Law Reform in NSW.

What you’ll do

The role provides a range of administrative and support services as well as processing of Safety notifications, coordinating the Safety compliance process and general HR support for the Director and Business Partners. Other responsibilities will include records management, routine financial/purchasing transactions and correspondence, meeting, and event coordination, to support the effective operation of the team/unit.

The ideal candidate will have: 

  • Experience in Human Resources
  • Strong customer service ethos
  • Experience in EDRMS & TRIM systems
  • Strong computer skills,
  • Ability to quickly learn and utilise a variety of computer systems
