HR Administration Officer - Permanent Full Time

Our HR Administration Officer will be an important part of our Human Resource section offering fundamental support to a fun and dynamic team. We’re offering a fantastic opportunity for the right person to join us whether you specialise in administration or you’re just starting out in your HR career! 

We’re looking for someone who’s highly motivated and interested in being a part of our recruitment, training, compliance and Worker’s Compensation care. This role is ideal for you if you have some strong administration experience or you’re finishing your HR qualifications.

The key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Administration of training needs through the HR system including reporting and maintenance of employee records
  • Support of end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Coordination of people-related compliance tracking and reporting, including preparation for various audit programs
  • Administrative support to CBS’ worker’s compensation program
  • Respond to, triage or direct staff queries in a timely and appropriate manner

What you bring:

  • Certificate III in Business, Business Administration or
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Psychology, Arts, Business or similar (desirable)
  • Current Working with Vulnerable People Registration (or ability to obtain)
  • A National Police Check that is no older than 3 months (or ability to obtain)
  • Full Covid-19 Vaccination (minimum 3 doses) and 2024 Influenza Vaccination
