Job Description - HR Administrator - Continuous Learning Opportunities

We are on the lookout for a brilliant HR Administrator to join our dynamic team at KLC Recruitment Pty Ltd in Box Hill, Melbourne VIC.

  • Box Hill Location
  • 4-to-5-week Temp Assignment
  • $34.00 an hour plus super

Our client is looking for a temp who can hit the ground running to assist their HR Team with a backlog of work. Primarily you will be supporting the larger centralised HR team with numerous HR Administration tasks most specifically database administration. This opportunity is for a 4 to 5 week period, working full-time hours during this period. Initially this role will be located in the office with some flexibility to WFH towards the middle/end of the assignment.  

Duties and Responsibilities:
 
  • Record Keeping – Management of accurate, up to date documentation and information on digital employee files and HR databases
  • Date Entry / Processing (high volume) - Processing multiple HR and Payroll documents / requests
  • Working to support the larger HR team with additional tasks as required

Skills and Abilities:
  • Ideally experience in managing a HR/HRIS database
  • Previous track record providing standout customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • A confident communicator who can speak with people of all backgrounds
  • A skilled administrator who enjoys working within defined processes and procedures
  • Computer savvy and familiar with the Microsoft Office suite of programs
  • High attention to detail, especially in data administration
