The Role:As the HR Officer for our mining magnate client you will work with the HR team on site to support all things HR.
Your duties will encompass a wide range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:
Recruitment: - Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify the best talent for our organisation.
- Ensure a smooth and positive onboarding experience for new hires.
Employee Relations: - Serve as a trusted advisor to both employees and leaders on a wide range of HR matters.
- Mediate and resolve employee conflicts and issues, promoting a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Strategic Initiatives: - Work closely with the broader P&C team to support the implementation of strategic HR initiatives.
- Contribute to the development of innovative HR programs and policies.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR administrator role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with leaders at all levels.
