The Role:
Reporting to the General Manager the role of HR and Operations Manager is critical and multi-faceted, responsible for the people culture and operational support for a small and dynamic team with a scope incorporating employee relations local policy procedure and safety regulations and compliance ensuring alignment with the company procedures, nurturing a positive company culture, and overseeing time sheet accuracy for external payroll processing.
