Job Description - HR and WHS Business Partner

HR and WHS Business PartnerLocation:Work Type: Full time Salary: $90, - $, Annually super Challenging true generalist role Standalone role focused on operational advice and support Must have both HR and WHS experience APPLY NOW or call Sally on for a confidential chatAbout the companyOur client is a leader within the NT industry and focuses on mechanical contracting, preventative maintenance and repairs to commercial / industrial refrigeration and air conditioning services. They are a leader in their field and in a stage of growth. About the roleThis is a true generalist role for someone who can provide expert HR and WHS support and advice to the management team and employees, and ensure they have practical and robust HR and WHS systems, processes and practices in place. Key Responsibilities for the role Develop and implement HR & WHS strategies, procedures, systems and initiatives to enhance the HR and WHS functionsManage end to end recruitment process including onboarding, and probation reviews.Provide advice and support in relation to all HR and WHS queries and issues including investigationsManage workplace EA including interpretation and negotiation of future EA's.Development and management of Safety Management Systems, Procedures, SWMS and Project Management Plans Skills & experience Minimum Cert IV in HR, WHS and/or a related field or relevent experience Demonstrated experience working across BOTH HR and WHSExperience with Enterprise Agreement preparation and negotiations (highly desirable)Working knowledge of Fairwork and WHS Legislation including development of policies, procedures, systems, processes, SWMS and frameworks.
