Job Description - HR & Award Compliance Partner

About Our ClientOur client is the leading national operator of restaurants, bars, cafes and other food and beverage outlets in travel locations. They cover most major cities, including Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Hobart, Darwin and Alice Springs.

They currently operates more than 40 brands, including Roll'd, Cascade Bar, Two Johns Tap House Bar, Common Bar, and Upper West Side Deli, in addition to international superstars such as Yo Sushi. Our client has recently acquired one of their major competitors, Australian Retail Enterprises, which will triple their existing Australian workforce in the coming years.Job DescriptionReporting to the National People Manager and Project Leader, your main role and responsibilities will include but not limited to:Excellent knowledge of the retail, hospitality, or fast-food awards.Work with key stakeholders to analyse award classifications against current awards & roles to ensure consistency across the business.Perform a review of all current contract conditions and update them accordingly and in-line with legislative changes.Partner with business units to implement updated templates and documents.Partner with business leaders on upskilling and awareness on new policy and procedure.Open and honest communication and business partnership will all relevant stakeholders.The Successful ApplicantWe are looking for a full-time HR Compliance and Award specialist who enjoys working in an autonomous fast-paced environment and has a keen eye for detail in a payroll-based project role. To be successful, you'll need to have excellent communications skills and be able to work closely with both internal and external stakeholders. This will be a Monday - Friday role, full-time, and standard business hours with great work from home flexibility offered to the right candidate.What's on OfferYou would be joining a growing and expanding team and business that values, respect, care, and teamwork plus additional benefits of:Outstanding work from home flexibility.Up to 4-days from home.Potentially completely remote.$120K - $130K plus superannuation, pending experience.Growing FMCG/Hospitality organisation.12-month contract, likely permanency.
