This is a perm role based in Bathurst with a salary of up to 150k plus super. Your new role As the HR Business Partner, you will provide high-level workplace relations advice and support across a diverse stakeholder group. This role operates within a genuine business partnership model-working closely with senior leaders, principals, managers and employees to deliver strategic and operational HR solutions. In this role you will:
Deliver high-level HR and employee relations advice to leaders and stakeholders.
Provide guidance on conduct and performance management, grievances, disputes and industrial relations matters.
Support organisational change, job design, workforce planning and structural reviews.
Build strong, trusted relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of HR processes.
Liaise with external bodies including unions, regulators and relevant service providers where required.
Support learning, development and organisational capability initiatives-including HR policy implementation, HR system improvements and coaching of leaders.
Produce HR reports, metrics and insights for senior leadership.
Work collaboratively with HR, Risk, WHS, Payroll, Child Protection and other internal teams.
Promote a safe working environment by adhering to WHS obligations and reporting processes.
Undertake travel as required
What you'll need to succeed
Formal qualifications in Human Resources, Industrial Relations or a related discipline.
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
Experience across a broad range of HR generalist areas, including ER/IR.
The ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
A proactive, solutions-focused approach and sound judgement when managing complex or sensitive issues.
A genuine interest in contributing to a values-aligned, purpose-driven environment.
