Job Description - HR Business Partner

Your next opportunity:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented HR Business Partner to join their team based in the Western Suburbs of Melbourne on a Permanent Full Time Basis. This is a true Generalist position, where you will have autonomy to work across several aspects of the organisation.

Key responsibilities:

Advise and support Leadership Team on legal compliance, and ensure that the organisation is compliant to relevant legislation

Develop and maintain company policies and procedures

Support and drive management and employee communication, relating to any performance management issues, employee relations case management, ect.

Foster a culture of continual improvement aligned with company goals

When needed, coordinate recruitment processes and provide HR advice

Monitor key HR performance indicators and maintain system integrity

Handle employee relations issues and ad hoc HR tasks

Prior experience in a HR Business Partnering role (or equivalent eg: HR Advisor looking to step up) is essential

experience working within a blue collar workforce is highly desireable, but not necessary

Demonstrated understanding of the HR principals of confidentiality in relations to all aspects of the HR function within the organisation
