Your Role

We’re looking for a HR Coordinator to join our team in January 2027 on a 12-month fixed-term contract, covering a maternity leave. This role could be a part-time or full-time role. You’ll be the go-to person for HR inquiries, keeping the day-to-day running smoothly and helping keep our employees safe by looking after our WHS initiativs. You see how a business of around 100 people runs its people side from the inside, from hiring to onboarding to payroll.

Your Impact

• Recruitment admin runs smoothly, including posting ads, scheduling interviews and keeping candidates updated


• New starters have a well-prepared first day, with contracts, system access, phone and IT equipment ready


• Leavers are offboarded properly, with paperwork done, equipment returned and access closed out


• Probation end dates are tracked and managers are reminded on time


• HR records and data in SuccessFactors stay accurate and current


• Employment letters and contract variations are prepared, and routine questions in the HR inbox are picked up


• Follow ups with managers and employees on completions in Successfactors or trainings,


• Policy acknowledgements and training sign-offs are tracked and followed up


• WHS records are kept audit-ready, like incident logs and completed checks, are kept in order in Laminar Pro, and workers comp paperwork is prepared


• New starters are trained on Laminar Pro, and use of the platform is followed up


• Office and admin purchases, like IT, supplies and first aid, are raised as an SAP PR and then ordered from the supplier


• Engagement admin, like organizing events and culture activities, is taken care of


• Processes and workflows are improved where possible

About You

Ideally, you're organised, you notice small details and you follow things through.

What you should bring:

• 1-2 years’ experience in HR administration, coordination or a similar support role


• Good Excel and computer skills, and quick to pick up new systems


• Clear written communication


• Comfortable with working to deadlines


• Respect for confidentiality, as you will handle sensitive information


• Availability for 3-5 days a week


• Ideally, first experience with WHS
