The HR Coordinator is a crucial support position within the P&C team, responsible for providing administrative assistance, managing employee data across the HR and Learning systems, and aiding in various aspects of recruitment, selection, and onboarding.

The Role
Based at Arndell Park with parking onsite
Reporting to the HR Manager
$75,000 - $85,000 + super
Writing Letters of Variation
Onboarding and inducting new starters
Screening, booking interviews both internal and external, ad writing, organising Vevo checking as well as background and medical checks
Managing contracts for new starters
Working alongside the Talent Advisor Graduate, HR Advisors, and Hiring Managers
Handling employee referrals
Administration support with L&D Programs
Additional administration support
About You
1-3 years minimum experience in a similar role
Tertiary qualification in Human Resources in desirable
Must be able to work in a complex, fast-paced and often pressured environment
Able to work autonomously and meet tight deadlines and KPIs
Have strong attention to detail
Computer literate in Microsoft Office suite of products
