About the Role

  
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and highly organised HR Coordinator. In this role you will support the wider business in order to provide quality advice and efficient support to senior leaders and internal stakeholders.
  
In this position, you will support 4 business units across all facets of generalist HR from internal recruitment to performance, employee relations, grievance management and all associated administration tasks.
  
To be successful in this position you must possess excellent relationship building, interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal). Your sound judgement and strong attention to detail will be skills that set you apart. We are looking for someone who is approachable, people-centred and has an inclusive working style.
  
  
About You

• Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related discipline
• Previous generalist HR experience with at least 2 – 3 years in a similar role
• You will have a keen eye for detail, coupled with your service delivery mindset and organised approach to your work, and the ability to adapt to a changing and constantly moving business
• A high level of motivation, strong problem solving skills and sound judgement
• Excellent interpersonal skills and experience supporting senior leaders
