Job Description - HR Data & Systems Specialist - Global

The Role

Reporting to the Global Process and Data Owner, this role is responsible for system & data administration for our SuccessFactors/HR processes of Talent, Career Development & Succession Planning. You may also possess additional skills in administering the Compensation Management & Variable Pay & Performance & Goals modules (but these are not critical requirements). As our global data set comes from multiple sources, you need to extract data from multiple sources and combine into a global data set to execute our global processes.

  • Supports the Human Resource function in the areas of people metrics and reporting - Subject matter expert (SME) for HR analytics & reporting - creates, maintains, and ensures quality assurance of key human resources data sets, reports, and metrics
  • Interacts with all customers of HR data to determine their needs, define the best approach to meet those needs and implement the solution
  • Supports IT Applications Lead in working with SAP SuccessFactors and/or 3rd party providers to keep up-to-date on quarterly release changes, lead testing, and communicating updates to impacted parties
  • Work closely with implementation partner team to ensure understanding of how SuccessFactors is being set up, and that the design meets current and anticipated future needs.

  • Advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, v-look ups)
  • SuccessFactors administration expertise within Talent, Career Development &Succession Planning modules. (Compensation Management & Variable Pay a bonus – pardon the pun)
  • SAP ECC HCM and payroll data and system knowledge
  • Knowledge of cross-functional HR business processes 
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on the ability to communicate to technical and non-technical users
