About the Role Silk Hospitality has an opportunity for an experienced and highly ambitious HR professional to join the national HR team, based in Perth WA. Reporting to the CEO, you will bring leadership expertise, problem solving capability and a growth mindset to an already high performing team.
A little different from many corporate HR roles, this position will allow you to deeply ingrain yourself in the operations of a business and work closely with teams based both onsite and in the office to design, deliver and improve operational strategies and procedures.
