Job Description - HR Partner

(part-time ideally 5 days a week around school hours ~ 25-30 hours p/w however could be full time for the right candidate)

Stewardship of performance management (process, coaching, supporting, continuous improvement)

First escalation point for IR issues (external adviser will be available for use for complex matters)

Run consultation processes

Own and run the induction process

Manage staff grievance process

HR inbox management

Return to work assistance

Trainee and work placement management

Oversee the talent management

Run staff engagement initiative

Requirements

3-5 years experience in a HR or related role

Bright with great people skills

Lots of energy and positivity

High level of professionalism

Based in the Newcastle / Central Coast / Hunter
