HR Superintendent

The Opportunity: 

We have a mining magnate client who is looking for a HR superintendent to join their team onsite in the Moranbah area! Our Client is all about their people, they work together with teams.  This is a great opportunity to step up from your current role into a leadership role! This role is FIFO from Brisbane and you get every second Friday off!

Key Duties:

• Partner with internal stakeholders to provide advice
• Identify and implement processes and procedures
• Partner with stakeholders to facilitate / participate in workplace investigations and disciplinary processes, ensuring statutory reporting obligations are adhered to
• Develop, Implement, Monitor and   Review   the Employee Engagement Experience System ensuring smooth transition from one process to the next, including the repetitive processes  such as performance and conduct review and development plans.
• Performance and Conduct Management
• Human Resource Acquisition and Retention
• Developing and amending current HR Standards and Procedures
• Analysing and reporting on HR Metrics

  What you will bring! 

• Experience operating at a senior HR level
• Works well in a team and collaborative environment
• Holds a tertiary qualification 
• a real people person, great effective communication
