Joining the Journey Beyond family, you will play an integral role in supporting our business as we continue to share special places and shape lasting memories for our guests.About You This position will advance our HR processes and systems, ensuring they align with best practices and support strategic initiatives; ideally you will have a strong understanding of HR practices, methodologies, and processes. You will also have experience in the end-to-end implementation of software systems, ideally HR related, including system configuration, integration and data migration, testing, and will be required to liaise with stakeholders and cross business consultation; a high level of interpersonal skills, influencing, customer service orientation and negotiation abilities is will also possess: Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Demonstrated change management and project management experience. Understanding of end-to-end business processes and design and implementation of better practices. Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on data accuracy, quality, and integrity. Ability to work cross-functionally, prioritise tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. About The RoleAs our dynamic business continues to grow, we are committed to creating efficiencies that support and enable our diverse operational teams to deliver extraordinary experiences for our guests. The HR Systems Consultant holds a key role in the successful identification and implementation of a new Time and Attendance solution, as well as driving continuous improvements across current HR and payroll systems and identifying a suitable HRIS solutions, to futureproof our business and deliver current business and people strategies.  This position is initially an 8-month contract. Working full-time based in our Head Office on North Terrace in Adelaide’s responsibilities will include:  Project manage all aspect of the time and attendance software implementation, including; Work collaboratively and effectively with internal and external stakeholders to identify and deliver an optimum solution across our diverse business. Confirm system and process requirements. Identification of suitable software solution. Develop detailed implementation plans and ongoing reporting aligned to business systems and processes. Ensure compliance with legislation and all utilized industrial instruments, closely overseeing the pay rule implementation process. Provide effective change management, engagement and training to ensure a significant change to current ways of working is embedded smoothly and successfully. Develop the testing and roll out plan, conscious of business needs and operating rhythm. Lead the RFP process for a suitable HRIS system in line with business processes. Collaborate with HR, IT, finance and business stakeholders to identify requirements and enhancements, integrations and new implementations. Ensure adherence to legislation and regulatory changes as well as industry best practices related to HR systems, in particular HRIS and data privacy. Alongside the HR and Payroll teams, ensure accuracy and consistency of HR and payroll data in preparation for future implementation success. Across the HR/Payroll systems suite, Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency. This role is based in our Adelaide North Terrace office. Some domestic travel may be required from time-to-time as you will be required to work with teams and stakeholders in multiple locations.
