HSE Advisor

The Role

We're looking for an experienced HSE Advisor to partner with our Revesby manufacturing site and help drive a strong safety culture. Working closely with operational leaders, you'll provide practical HSE support, influence safe behaviours, and play a key role in ensuring safety remains a core focus across the site.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to build accountability and ownership for safety outcomes.


• Provide expert advice on health, safety and environmental matters.


• Support risk management, incident investigations and corrective actions.


• Ensure compliance with WHS legislation, standards and company requirements.


• Lead and support site audits, inspections and governance activities.


• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen safety culture and engagement.

About You

• Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety (or equivalent).


• Experience in a manufacturing, industrial or high-risk operational environment.


• Strong knowledge of WHS legislation and safety management systems.


• Proven ability to influence and coach stakeholders at all levels.


• Practical, hands-on approach with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
