JOB DESCRIPTION
The Hubspot Marketing Automation Specialist will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing automated marketing campaigns to drive engagement, nurture leads, and optimize conversion rates. This role requires a deep understanding of marketing automation platforms with demonstrated capability of Hubspot specialization and expertise, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to achieve marketing objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute segmentation and lead scoring strategies to effectively target and personalize communications.
- Use our MarTech (HubSpot, NetSuite, and Salesforce) to design, test, and optimize automation workflows and campaigns
- Design, implement, and manage automation workflows aligned with business goals
- Analyze metrics, provide insights for improving ROI, and ensure accurate MarTech reporting
- Work with sales and marketing team to Identify and resolve issues within marketing and sales systems
- Understand and leverage marketing analytics for decision-making.
- Act as the main point of contact with the HubSpot account manager Evaluate data to optimize strategies and processes.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Strong understanding of MarTech SaaS stack, including, HubSpot CRM, Netsuite, Salesforce, and Google Analytics/Tag Manager.
- Experience building campaign journey / automation workflows in Hubspot
- Experience implementing and configuring complex MarTech systems like CDPs, Customer Engagement Platforms, and CRMs.
- Knowledge of digital advertising platforms such as Google, Social Media, Email, Push, and SM
- Previous experience in a technical email marketing, CRM, or Marketing Automation role
- High degree of initiative and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively as part of the wider Digital team.
