Human Resources Advisor - East Coast Operations - Urgent Position

Our Human Resources team is looking for an energetic, experienced and proactive Human Resources Advisor – East Coast based in our Lytton office to support our Queensland and New South Wales operations.  We are seeking a candidate who will enjoy being part of a small tight knit team, and who has a passion for delivering outcomes within the water treatment, mineral resources, petrochemical and chemical industries.

The position 

 The Human Resources Advisor – East Coast will report to the Group Human Resources Manager and will be responsible for:

• Managing the employee recruitment and on-boarding process;
• Attending to a broad range of HR administrative functions;
• Providing input into the industrial relations functions including of the Enterprise Agreements;
• Providing advice to Management and staff in relation to staff benefits and HR policies. 

The successful candidate 

We are looking for an energetic and people oriented professional who has broad based experience and who has:

• Minimum 3 years HR generalist experience in an industrial or commercial manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a small team.
• An understanding of social media and passive talent attraction through career portals such as Seek Talent Search & LinkedIn.
• Proficient in MS Office suite.
• Self‐motivated with sound written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to act in a confidential manner where appropriate
