A.B. Paterson College is looking for a professional, dedicated, and enthusiastic Human Resource Assistant, it would suit someone studying towards a degree in HR, who is looking to take that first step in their professional HR career. This role requires excellent time management, organisational and communication skills, along with knowledge, skills and ability to support, implement and monitor systems, practices and processes related to the People and Culture function.

This role is Permanent Full-Time.

POSITION DESCRIPTION 

Our Requirements:

• Studying Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field desired 
• Demonstrated computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and HR software.
• Up to date CPR and First Aid training or be willing to obtain.
• Current Blue Card for Working with Children.
