Human Resources Associate - Leading Industry Pay

We are looking for an enthusiastic Generalist HR person to join our team on a Full Time basis.

Please note this role is 100% onsite and requires 5 times a week office attendance

Role Responsibilities:

• Support the seamless service to employees in ANZ (Australia & New Zealand) region on all operational elements (e.g. onboarding, Separation, coaching & development)
• Manage all onboarding Background checks and training procedures for new employees, continually educate employees on company policies. .
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements of the region related to day-to-day HR management, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Act as a true partner for our talented people in the ANZ region to provide advice and mentor to support their growth journey and future success for Leaders & employee.
• Partner with the local teams to roll out key people processes & programs locally, foster cross-functional relationships and ensure managers and employees are properly connected.
• Work with managers and employees to build a positive and engaging work culture aligning people decisions with core values.
• Connect with bench employees and manage bench process

Skills Required:

• 3-5 years of relevant HR experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and human resources information systems (HRIS), including Workday.
• Knowledge of compensation strategy, performance management, employee relations, and the ability to apply this information in a manner that is compliant with relevant employment law.
• Passion in embracing operational excellence and driving ongoing improvements
• Ability to work with, support and influence, a diverse cross-section of the organization
• Act as a key change agent to initiate, facilitate and manage changes through effective planning, communication and coaching
• Ability to multi-task, prioritise and guide People team members as needed, and navigate through change while staying focused on resolving critical items
• Self-motivated and assertive - ability to hunt down answers and drive solutions autonomously
• Demonstrated effectiveness in written and verbal communication
• Flexible to travel periodically.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in human resources.
