Reporting to the Manager, People \u0026 Culture \u2013 Program \u0026 OPEX, you will partner closely with leaders to deliver strategic and operational P\u0026C solutions that enable business outcomes, strengthen culture, and enhance the employee experience.\n\nThis is a true generalist business partner role, combining strategic advisory work with hands\u2011on delivery across the full employee lifecycle. You will act as a trusted advisor to leaders while contributing to enterprise\u2011wide people initiatives.\n\nIn this role, you will:\n\n * Partner with leaders to deliver P\u0026C strategies aligned to business objectives\n\n * Provide expert advice across the full spectrum of people management, including workforce planning, performance, engagement, talent and succession\n\n * Lead and manage employee relations and industrial relations matters, including investigations, performance management, grievances and disciplinary processes\n\n * Oversee HR/IR case management to ensure compliant, fair and timely outcomes\n\n * Support remuneration and benefits activities, including annual compensation reviews, reward and recognition programs, and interpretation of Awards and Enterprise Agreements\n\n * Lead and deliver cyclical P\u0026C programs such as performance, engagement, early careers, diversity, talent and training initiatives\n\n * Contribute to P\u0026C projects, reporting and analytics to drive continuous improvement\n\n * Support workforce design and mobilisation activities, including input into business development and capture activities\n\n * Build strong stakeholder relationships across dispersed and complex client groups\n\n * Travel to business sites as required to provide on\u2011the\u2011ground support\n\n\n\n\nYou are a seasoned People \u0026 Culture professional who thrives in complex environments and is confident operating as a trusted advisor to leaders.\n\nYou will bring:\n\n * Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline\n\n * 5+ years\u2019 experience delivering P\u0026C / HR advisory support in a commercial or complex organisation\n\n * Strong experience in employee relations, industrial relations and ER case management\n\n * Proven ability to interpret and apply Awards, Enterprise Agreements, policies and procedures\n\n * Excellent stakeholder management, influencing and consulting skills\n\n * Strong analytical and problem\u2011solving capability with the ability to provide clear, practical advice\n\n * High levels of discretion, confidentiality and professionalism\n\n\n\n\nWhat we Offer:\n\nWe have built our benefits to help you define your possible.\n\n * A collaborative team environment with a focus on people first.
