About us
Bellequip is a Rockhampton based family owned and operated company whom specializes in the management, construction and delivery of: Road Works, Rail Formations, Drainage Structures, Services, Subdivisions, Land Based Redevelopments and Civil Construction projects.
Our team requires a suitably experienced Human Resources Co-Ordinator.
About the role
Primarily a Rockhampton based role, as an experienced professional you will be part of our business management team contributing to successful outcomes for our clients.

Your role will entail working proactively with the team to;
- Manage, Co-ordinate and execute upon the recruiting lifecycle from start to finish, including regularly updating relevant files and registers..
- Manage, Co-ordinate and execute upon the onboarding of all staff, subcontractors and suppliers, including regularly updating relevant files and registers.
- Manage, Co-ordinate and execute upon the travel (booking flights) and accommodation (booking hotels) requirements of staff, subcontractors and suppliers, including regularly updating relevant files and registers.
- Manage, Co-ordinate and execute upon individual training outcomes (co-ordinate and book training), including regularly updating relevant files and registers.
- Manage, Co-ordinate and execute upon individual and team improvement strategies (performance review and management processes), including regularly updating relevant files and registers.
- Manage, Co-ordinate and execute upon IBMS (HR) system improvement processes (updating internal processes and procedures) as necessary from time to time.
Our current work portfolio and future works includes; major road construction, drainage, concrete and bulk earthworks projects.

Skills and experience
Required (At least willing to obtain in the near future - negotiable on timeframes to gain qualifications);
- 4 years plus experience in similar roles.
- Minimum Cert 4 in Human Resources or equivalent experience.
- Senior First Aid (with CPR).
- Strong computer literacy (including; word, pdf, excel, outlook).
- Have a methodical and organized approach to work.
- Be self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Team player attitude.
- Able to work autonomously.
- Ability to pass a police check.
Preferred;
- Bachelor of Human Resources.
- Cert 4 in training and assessment – TAE40116.
- Qualified Drug and Alcohol tester (Breathalyzer and Swab).
- Management systems auditing qualification.
- Regulator approved; Rehabilitation & Return to Work Coordinator
