About the opportunity
Are you a seasoned HR leader ready to lead a global team through a period of growth and transformation? We are seeking a talented individual to lead our clients HR department, overseeing all aspects of employee lifecycle management, including onboarding, performance reviews and structural changes. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining robust policies and systems to ensure compliance and efficiency. Managing a small but high-performing team, you will nurture a culture of collaboration and growth while guiding them in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. Your strategic mindset will align HR practices with business goals, managing executive stakeholders and driving organizational success.
 
About you
You will be a seasoned Human Resources Manager with proven success managing complex stakeholder relationships through growth and change. You have strong operational HR experience including all aspects of employee lifecycle management. Ideally you will have exposure to an ASX listed global company along with board level experience including board papers however this is not essential. As an experienced manager, you should demonstrate robustness and resilience, complemented by well-developed emotional intelligence. You have exceptional communication and presentation skills, along with a strong understanding of HR practices and compliance. Experience in managing organizational restructuring is preferred and exposure to technology or enterprise sales is advantageous.
