Maritime Constructions is a marine contractor, uniquely capable of self-performing the full spectrum of specialised engineering disciplines to deliver complex marine infrastructure projects from design and construction through to commissioning.  Projects include jetties, wharves, bulk loading facilities, dredging, reclamation, navigation aids, marinas, underwater pipelines, in Australia and internationally.

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR team and initiatives, fostering a positive company culture, and ensuring alignment with our values. Ideal candidates will excel in HR principles, interpersonal skills, and legal knowledge, including Fair Work Act compliance. You will be able to demonstrate a strong commitment to return-to-work programs, workers' compensation claims management and the total wellbeing of all employees. In addition, you will be an optimistic HR professional with strong business acumen; the ability to understand our goals, purpose, and vision and create processes, policies, and activities to drive us forward.
