Human Resources / Occupational Health & Safety Assistant - Competitive Pay

Manhari Metals is seeking a Human Resources / Occupational Health and Safety administrative assistant. 

The duties will involve a wide range of support activities following the employee life cycle, from posting job advertisements, to inducting new staff members to maintaining our employee database. 

An important part of your role will be to act as the liaison between both the Human Resources Manager and the Occupational Health and Safety Manager and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests and questions. 

You will also assist the Human Resources Manager and the Occupational Health and Safety Manager in creating policies, processes and documents, and have the opportunity to be exposed to other Human Resources matters, such as workforce planning, performance management, training & development, and  Organisational Health & Safety (OH&S) matters.

There are possibilities of travel to work at various Manhari Metals sites across Victoria.
