The role of HR Officer will have a major focus on HR generalist activities such as:

• Consult and counsel all levels of management, salaried and hourly employees
• Provide general HR advice and guidance to both blue and white-collar employees
• Offer performance management and disciplinary action advice
• Manage end-to-end recruitment campaigns
• Oversee Employee Opinion Surveys and action planning
• Lead new employee onboarding and induction programs
• Facilitate various HR-related training packages
• Maintain employee personnel files and HR information systems to ensure data accuracy
• Partner with HR Service Centres, Compensation & Benefits, and Payroll teams to assist in the administration and support of employee remuneration

About You


To be successful in this position, you will need to possess:

• Prior Human Resource experience working in a generalist capacity (preferably within a logistics warehousing environment)
• A tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management, a business-related discipline, or a relevant job-related field
• Sound knowledge of Australian Human Resources practices
• Organised and efficient work practices with the ability to prioritise your workload and multitask
• Confidentiality, discretion, and sound judgment
• Effective interpersonal (both written and verbal) communication skills
• Intermediate-Advanced MS Office Skills
