• Initiate, influence and manage positive relationships

• $98-110K +super

PEOPLE & CULTURE OFFICER | Permanent | Cairns 

• End to end recruitment expert  
• Onboarding and day to day generalist staff support
• Payroll expertise will be highly regarded
• $70-80K +super

HR OFFICER | 6 month contract | Cairns | ASAP

• Day to day generalist, end to end recruitment, HR administration 
• Assist HR Manager on high level matters 
• Work 1 week per month in community
• $85-90K+super

SENIOR ORGANISATIONAL DEV. CONSULTANT | Temporary | Cairns

• Prepare plans, frameworks, briefings, research and evolutions in line with organisations governance process
• Understand, implement and integrate best practice staff strategies
• $73+super per hour

SENIOR HR CONSULTANT | Temporary | Cairns

• Work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
• Extensive knowledge of IR/ER frameworks highly regarded
• 5 years’ experience essential and qualifications in HR preferred. 
• $60-70+super per hour

HR CONSULTANT | Temporary | Cairns

• Assist with panel interview processes, panel scribing, conduct reference checks and prepare selection reports
• $70+super per hour

Your Skills & Experience  
To be successful in these roles, you will require:

• Degree qualification in Human Resources and relevant experience in the roles listed above, or a similar role;
• End-to-end recruitment experience;
• Sound knowledge of HR principles polices and techniques;
• Through knowledge of Australian human resources laws and regulations;
• Experience managing and supporting senior HR functions;
• Strong operational, including managing employee grievances, disciplinary processes and workplace investigations;
• Exposure to workers compensation claims, non-work-related illness and injury, redeployment and fitness for work activities;
• Advanced negotiation and communication skills;
• Emphasis on professional development, diversity, and flexibility;
• Resilience and a positive attitude;
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills;
• High level of attention to detail and be systems savvy;
• The ability to develop meaningful relationships with all levels of stakeholders.
