HVAC Mechanical Service Technician

Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified Mechanical Service Technician to join our growing service team. Our head office is in Brisbane, QLD, and our portfolio is calling for an additional team member to assist in its coverage. With this role we are looking for a Mechanical Service Technician who is motivated, has attention to detail, good communication and fault-finding skills to service our highly valued customers.

We are looking for someone who:

• Technical skills and knowledge including HVAC Essential Services.


• Quoting and estimating of break fix and small project asset replacements and/or fit outs


• Condition and lifecycle asset reporting.


• Is self-driven, reliable and motivated.


• Is a positive individual with a good attitude.


• Possesses leadership skills and the ability to work in a team environment.


• Can also work autonomously.


• Has great customer service and communication skills.


• Possesses problem-solving skills and enjoys a challenge.


• Has the relevant refrigeration and air conditioning qualifications.


• Is experienced in the installation, service and maintenance of all commercial & retail, data centre, health care type air conditioning systems both water & air cooled.


• Knowledge or navigation of BMS systems preferred.

• Trade course certificate in refrigeration/air conditioning


• ARCTick license


• Current driver's license
