A well-established Melbourne mechanical contractor is expanding its service division and looking for qualified Refrigeration Mechanics with commercial HVAC experience.

You’ll be joining a team of six technicians, supported by an office team who actually keep things organised.

The work is across commercial sites including hospitals, laboratories, universities and council buildings. 

Meaning the systems are interesting and the contracts are stable.

The Work

Your day will involve:

• Service and preventative maintenance


• Fault finding and repairs


• Diagnosing HVAC plant issues


• Quoting repair works when required


• Logging jobs through cloud software

If you’re the kind of tech who enjoys figuring out problems rather than just swapping parts, you’ll do well here.

What You Need

1. Certificate III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration


2. ARCtick licence


3. VBA registration


4. Restricted Electrical Licence


5. Commercial HVAC service experience
