ABOUT THE JOB:
- Support the Organisational Change and Communication manager to deliver communication plans and stakeholder-focused engagement collateral.
- Assist the Organisational Change and Communication manager to develop, maintain and deliver communication strategies.
- Develop, maintain and deliver communication and training artefacts in various formats.
- Work with a diverse range of stakeholders to plan, facilitate and deliver presentations and stakeholder communications.
THE SUCCESFUL CANDIDATE: - Works effectively in a small team environment and wider Command environment.
- Remains accountable for accurate completion of work within timeframes and quality requirements.
- Shares own expertise with others and guides and mentors less experienced buyer employees.
- Records and maintains files/information in accordance with Buyer requirements.
