About the role
As the ICT Architect you will be responsible for designing, developing, and governing the ICT systems required to support safe, reliable, and innovative delivery of health services. This role provides strategic and technical leadership in shaping ICT roadmaps for SWARH and the health service members, ensuring that all technology platforms, whether on‑premises, cloud-based, or hybrid, are secure, stable, cost-effective, and aligned with clinical and operational priorities.
You will provide expert guidance on complex system integration, resilience, disaster recovery planning, and the adoption of modern technology patterns. You'll drive standardisation, reduce technology risk, and ensure that technology decisions support the organisation’s long-term digital strategy while enhancing patient care, clinical safety, and operational efficiency.
