About the role
Our B2B ICT team offers business and education customers products from the world’s leading brands and advice on the appropriate technology for their needs. Our ongoing success means our team is growing and we now have an opportunity for an ICT Sales Manager to join the team based in Melbourne or Sydney.
Reporting to the National Sales Manager and leading a team ICT Specialists and Sales Advisors at a community and national level, you will be a key member of our B2B ICT team. Leaning on your expertise in Small Business Technology, sales pipeline management, business development and customer relationships, you will develop, motivate, and empower your people to deliver exceptional outcomes for our customers and drive growth of our business and commercial technology category.
Your day will be filled with insightful conversations and meetings with customers, learning about who they are and how Officeworks can help them, and expanding your portfolio through strategic acquisition, increasing opportunities and exposure for our ICT (Business Technology) and Commercial Technology categories. You will be managing strategic growth and acquisition sales, tender and bid processes, in a cross-category context. You are passionate about leadership and driven to support your team, and partners through long-term, profitable, and mutually beneficial relationships.
This role offers great flexibility, between working from the office and from home based in either our Chadstone (VIC) or North Rocks (NSW( support office. Working collaboratively with other Business Specialists and leaders, the role is instrumental in the continuing growth of the Officeworks B2B offer and it’s a great time to join our business team as they continue to grow.
About you
You are an experienced people leader, with demonstrated Sales and/or Business Development experience in a B2B environment. You are a strategic ‘out of the box’ thinker with a growth mindset who thrives on creating a supportive and engaging team environment, guiding, and empowering your people, with a client centric approach and hunger for achieving targets/budgets.
