IT Support | Win 11 upgrade | IOS The primary objective of this role is to provide ongoing service desk support to client's staff and supports IT projects and initiatives. The role is to work in a project that's rolling out new iPhones and Windows 11 laptops upgrade. The position also provides high quality website, intranet and portal administration support to stakeholders and external clients and adding value to the Clients web assets through researching and recommending new technologies and trends focusing on market changes. Key accountabilities:
Provide timely, professional and proactive 1st and 2nd level IT service desk support to staff by logging and managing calls made to the service desk ticketing system.
Identify and escalate incidents or call patterns to ensure preventative measures can be taken.
Create new user accounts in Windows, Exchange and other business applications, and set up PC's, telephones and other equipment for new staff.
Assist in the management and maintenance of office equipment such as printers, photocopiers, fax machines, scanners, Audio Visual equipment laptops and projectors.
Assist other IT team members to research and resolve IT problems;
